Client: Lighting Spaces

Goal: Increase community engagement and followers on Instagram and Linked In. Research the industry to explore other relevant social media platforms to adopt.

Result:

  • Grew our followers count by 500%, increased traffic through our bio link, increased sales leads and quotes.

  • I focused on three KPI metrics for Instagram: Increasing followers, engagement, and likes.

  • Connected with current and possible clients on Instagram to increase follower and post engagement.

  • Improved the content quality by creating CGI imagery and engaging an architectural photographer to capture completed projects.

  • Created custom content for Instagram including photo carousels, videos, and industry and Instagram Stories introducing new product lines.

  • Implemented a Pinterest account with consistent posting, slowly developing a following through the pinning feature.

  • Kept the sales team informed of client happenings on social media to aid them in conversation starters for existing clients.
